Some of our favourite campsites:
This was the site where we popped our campervanning cherry! It’s located in the Etterick Valley, a gorgeous part of the Scottish Borders (which are an undiscovered treasure compared to the more famous Highlands and Islands – you heard it here first!)
Chilled out site in Glen Coe, surrounded by dramatic mountains in every direction. Really atmospheric and campfires are allowed – yay!
Possibly the best location in the world ever – right on the west coast of Scotland, in Arisaig. Beautiful beaches, epic sunsets and a relaxed campsite.
Gorgeous, spacious site on the banks of the Coquet River near Amble and Alnwick, Northumberland. Not far from the coast, it’s a great base for exploring the area and has a nice wild feel. (Small warning, there’s only one shower…)
